New for 2018 - Exeter Beats

This year's festival will have an even stronger focus on music with live bands throughout the day in Exeter Castle plus a separate evening event Exeter Beats promising a great line up of music, street food, cocktails and local beers.

Friday 28 April - The Locked Horns

A cracking local jazz and swing band who will blow your socks off!

The Rolling Scowns - a 24 piece choir from law firm Stephens Scown will get the evening started
The Loose Cannons Band - the rather fabulous 13 piece party band

Saturday 29 April - Leigh Coleman Band

A festival favourite that will have you dancing the night away.

Celine Dos Santos  - Celine plays a mix of the most upbeat and famous songs, mostly 90’s onwards, guaranteed to get the audience singing and dancing all night long
Yazzy - 17 year old singer/songwriter from North Devon
Joanna Cooke - who found fame on BBC One TV (South West) Spotlight Summer Sessions, and the 'BBC Introducing' Devon shows

Sunday 30 April Bill Ding & The Skyscrapers

A collective of professional musicians mostly based in the South West UK. All involved in other musical ventures and regularly play with some of the UK biggest names (Joss Stone, Kelis, Sandi Thom to name a few).

Roger Styles - A solo vocalist and guitarist with an extensive playlist sure to be a big hit with the Exeter crowds
Alex Dobson - a folk / rock acoustic singer songwriter from South Devon, who also played on BBC Introducing Devon in 2015 and 2016.
